Vincent's passion for cooking was nurtured early as he watched his mother prepare meals for his family.

In 2016, he launched In The Kitchen With Vinny to share his love of creating unique, fresh, flavorful food. His experience in the food and beverage industry has helped shape how he runs his business.

He enjoys focusing on fresh ingredients and letting the food and flavors he creates speak for themselves. Although some of Vincent's favorite cuisines are Italian and Caribbean, he also loves to cook traditional Southern dishes.

Vincent and his staff of professionals cater various events, including private dining for anniversaries, birthdays, special occasions, in-home private dinners for two, cooking classes, and more.
